{"id":2158,"date":"2011-09-06T18:57:29","date_gmt":"2011-09-06T17:57:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/terraroot.neoneoism.com\/?p=2158"},"modified":"2011-09-06T19:57:06","modified_gmt":"2011-09-06T18:57:06","slug":"stuff-done","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/terraroot.neoneoism.com\/?p=2158","title":{"rendered":"Stuff done."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well started fine tuning the runners jetting.<\/p>\n<p>My pwk 24mm carb has:<\/p>\n<p>Needle \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0JJH<\/p>\n<p>Main jet \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0110<\/p>\n<p>pilot \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a040<\/p>\n<p>slide \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a03.1mm \u00c2\u00a0tough to measure this<\/p>\n<p>float height \u00c2\u00a018.8<\/p>\n<p>Air Screw \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 2 turns out<\/p>\n<p>The pilot is way too rich, at\u00c2\u00a0quarter\u00c2\u00a0throttle it&#8217;s four-stroking like mad and quarter\u00c2\u00a0throttle\u00c2\u00a0is from 0-80kmh, couldn&#8217;t find a 38 jet online so got a 36, may have to put the air screw out one turn, rather then an optimal 1.5, but with a 36 i should be able to get at least an idle.<\/p>\n<p>Also found an injection kit which seems to be built on microsquirt, very interested.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/terraroot.neoneoism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/0906Image000.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2157\" title=\"0906Image000\" src=\"https:\/\/terraroot.neoneoism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/0906Image000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/terraroot.neoneoism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/0906Image000.jpg 800w, https:\/\/terraroot.neoneoism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/0906Image000-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Not much done to the bajaj, tried to get the drum off to check the brakes, didn&#8217;t wanna come, so i assume i need a proper diagram of how the front is\u00c2\u00a0supposed\u00c2\u00a0to come off or it&#8217;s rusted on.
